Ranger Termite & Pest Control
Ranger Termite and Pest Control is a family business based in St. Petersburg, Florida that treats homes for pests, termites, and rodents across the Pinellas and Hillsborough county areas. Owner and CEO Bruce Donaldson began his pest control career with a company that started the once-a-year pest control program, worked there for ten years, and managed the St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tampa areas before opening his own company, then hired family members so that every employee would truly care about each customer. The signature offering is a proven once-a-year pest control treatment that means no monthly visits and no smelly sprays inside the home. It is delivered as a seven barrier program: outside roach and ant baits in mulch sites, wood piles, and planting beds, granular repellents on the soil and in the shrubbery next to the house, roach and ant baits under major appliances indoors, a dust agent injected into wall voids behind removed switch plates, a clear-drying liquid repellent around windows, doors, and eaves, baited dust in the attic and in cracks and crevices, and a residual gum-based bait behind drawers and cabinets for long-term protection. Termite work treats the soil under and around the home with methods matched to the construction type, covering basements, crawl spaces, floating slabs, supporting slabs, and monolithic slabs, and the Ranger Termite Protection Service is transferable and renewable, carries annual inspections, and includes free re-treatment if needed. The team also inspects for signs of rodents, removes any that have made their way inside, and works to prevent further pests from entering. Ranger schedules free inspections through its request form and accepts all major credit cards.
