What are your office hours?
We are open Monday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Thursday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The office is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Which insurance plans do you accept?
We are in network with Humana, Cigna, VA benefits and MetLife, and we also work with patients who have other insurance plans. Our insurance coordinator helps verify your benefits and explains your coverage before treatment begins.
Do you offer financing if I do not have insurance?
