Evolve Spine & Rehabilitation is a chiropractic and rehabilitation clinic on Lowe Street in Fort Collins, Colorado. The practice describes its work as the next generation of non-invasive pain management, bridging cutting-edge technology with evidence-based chiropractic medicine. Care is led by Dr. Kyle Reynolds, D.C., who graduated as valedictorian of his class at Palmer College of Chiropractic and completed a nine-month clinical rotation at the Jefferson Barracks VA hospital in St. Louis, alongside Dr. Kira Dunn, who earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States, and Adam Ortiz, a licensed massage therapist and board certified health and wellness coach. Treatment tools include chiropractic adjustments, physiotherapy rehab exercises, dry needling, myofascial release, vertebral disc decompression, cupping, kinesiology taping, neuromuscular stimulation, massage, and custom shoe orthotics. The clinic treats back pain, neck and head pain, headaches and migraines, herniated and degenerative discs, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic pain, knee injuries, plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, and ankle, foot, elbow, wrist, and hand injuries. Care is structured in phases that begin with pain relief, then address the underlying cause, then build strength and resilience so patients can manage their own pain. Services

Chiropractic adjustments

Chiropractic adjustments

Gentle, targeted movement applied to a joint that is not moving properly, restoring natural alignment, relieving pressure on surrounding nerves, and reducing joint stiffness.

Physiotherapy (rehab exercises)

Physiotherapy (rehab exercises)

A customized plan of stretching and strengthening exercises tailored to your body's weaknesses, built to fix the underlying movement problems that caused the injury.

Dry needling

Dry needling

Fine, sterile needles inserted into tight knots or trigger points within a muscle to release deep, stubborn muscle spasms and cut down pain.

Myofascial release

Myofascial release

A hands-on technique applying sustained pressure into the connective tissue wrapping the muscles, targeting internal scar tissue and restrictions.

Vertebral disc decompression

Vertebral disc decompression

A gentle, motorized traction table that safely stretches the spine, creating negative pressure inside spinal discs and taking pressure off pinched nerves.

FAQs

What will my first visit look like?
In order to be thorough and remove the guess-work, the first appointment consists of a consultation, an examination, and an x-ray if it is deemed necessary.
How long is each appointment?
Your first appointment is around 45 minutes, paperwork pending. Later appointments depend on the type of care you need, but they typically fall between 15 and 30 minutes.
Do I need a referral?
In most cases a referral is not required, and we will always double check for you. If someone did refer you, we would love to know who to thank.
Do I have to get chiropractic adjustments?
No. All of our doctors are certified Doctors of Chiropractic, but adjustments are only one tool in the toolkit. Your care program blends multiple methods and techniques, and you are always in control of the treatment you receive.
How much will each appointment cost?
Your investment will vary depending on your insurance carrier and your level of coverage.
Do you take my insurance?
We are in-network with most major insurance companies. Cost per visit varies from client to client because it depends on the type of plan and benefits you have, and our insurance staff can answer questions about your coverage.
What conditions do you treat?
We treat back pain, headaches and migraines, herniated and degenerative discs, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic pain, knee injuries, plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, Achilles tendinosis, ankle sprains, and elbow, wrist, and hand pain.
Where are you located?
Our office is at 2032 Lowe Street Suite 102 in Fort Collins, Colorado 80525. We are open Monday through Friday and closed Saturday and Sunday.
