Elevated Pest Control LLC
Elevated Pest Control LLC is an integrity-driven pest and wildlife control company serving Loveland and the surrounding Northern Colorado area. Owner and founder Matt handles rodent control for mice and rats, rodent and wildlife sealing, spider and general insect control, stinging insect work for bees and wasps, mosquito treatments, cockroach control, and the removal of bats, birds, raccoons, skunks, and squirrels from homes and businesses. Every job follows the same four-step process: you reach out with the details, Matt inspects the property and identifies the right approach for the situation, treats the problem, and then works with you on a prevention plan so it does not come back. Treatments favor safe, environmentally responsible products, and Matt only recommends quarterly or preventative service when it is genuinely necessary. All services carry a satisfaction guarantee.

FAQs
Do your services come with a guarantee?
Yes. Satisfaction is guaranteed with every service. Matt sets clear expectations for each job, and if those expectations are not met he returns at no charge to address the issue.
Are the products you use safe for children and pets?
Insecticides are safe for your family and pets when applied by a licensed technician. For most applications you will be asked to keep children and pets away from treated surfaces until the products have dried.
What areas do you service?
Elevated Pest Control services Northern Colorado and parts of Wyoming, covering the area from Longmont north up to Cheyenne and Laramie. Loveland is one of the listed service locations.
How long do residual pesticides last?
Most liquid residual insecticides remain effective for 60 to 90 days before they begin to break down.
How often will I need pest control service?
For spiders and general crawling insects it depends on the construction of your home, your landscaping, how close you are to natural water, and your tolerance for the pest. Most clients call as needed, which usually works out to 2 to 4 times a year. Many rodent and wildlife sealing jobs only need to be done once.
How long does a rodent service take?
For an average home, a rodent sealing service takes around 120 minutes to inspect and seal the perimeter of the home.
Do I need to leave my home during the treatment?
No. Most interior applications are a liquid insecticide applied along the baseboards. If you have pets, Matt will discuss how to manage them during the service and while the products dry.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Checks, cash, and all major credit and debit cards are accepted.
