FAQs
What areas do you serve?
Our production facility is in Richardson, Texas, with additional pickup locations in Argyle and Carrollton. We serve customers throughout Dallas, Denton County, and the wider DFW area, and online orders ship across the United States.
Do you offer same-day printing?
Yes. Qualifying print-ready orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are eligible for same-day production. Artwork issues, stock availability, very large orders, or requested changes can affect timing, so please submit a finished file and review it before checkout.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We have no minimum order for DTF transfers, gang sheets, UV DTF transfers, custom apparel, or blank apparel. You can order a single item for a small project or place a larger run for a business, team, school, event, or apparel brand.
How long do the transfers last?
Our transfers are tested to withstand more than 100 washes when applied and cared for correctly. We recommend waiting at least 24 hours before the first wash, turning the garment inside out, and washing in cold water on a gentle cycle while avoiding bleach and high heat.
Do you offer free shipping or pickup?
Yes. Eligible DTF product orders over $100 ship free by UPS Ground. We also offer free local pickup at our Richardson, Argyle, and Carrollton locations. Please wait for the order-ready message before heading to your pickup spot.
What does pricing look like?
DTF gang sheets start from $4.10, and pricing varies by product, size, and quantity. You can order directly online or request a custom quote, and we will provide clear pricing after reviewing your project.
