The office handles routine care such as cleanings, x-rays, fillings, sealants, and fluoride treatment along with advanced procedures including crowns, root canals, implants, dentures, bridges, clear aligners, veneers, whitening, periodontal treatment, extractions, wisdom teeth removal, and sedation dentistry. General dentists Spencer Faddis, DDS and Jessica Berger, DMD practice alongside an oral surgeon, a periodontist, and an endodontist, and the team uses digital x-rays, Cone Beam Computed Tomography 3D imaging, an intraoral camera, laser bacterial reduction, and CEREC CAD/CAM technology for same-day crowns and restorations. The practice takes most major insurances and files the claim on your behalf, and for patients without insurance it offers the Smile Generation Dental Plan, in-office financing, and third-party financing including CareCredit. Staff speak English and Spanish, emergency appointments are available, and there is a $59 New Patient Special that includes a comprehensive oral exam, x-rays, and a cleaning in absence of periodontal (gum) disease.

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. The office states that it is always welcoming new patients, and the dentists and office team are ready to address your dental needs.

Can you see me for a dental emergency?
Emergency appointments are available. The office says dental emergencies are urgent and stressful and that the team will try its hardest to fit you in, so call (702) 359-3107.
What insurance do you accept?
The practice takes most major insurances, including Aetna, Ameritas, Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, MetLife, United Health Care, and UCCI. Dental insurance plans are accepted and the claim is filed on your behalf.
What if I do not have dental insurance?
The Smile Generation Dental Plan is a discount dental plan that can help you save 20-50% on most treatments. The office also offers in-office financing and third-party financing such as Smile Generation Financial and CareCredit.
What are your office hours?
Monday and Tuesday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The office notes that select Saturday appointments are available. Sunday is closed.
Do you offer same-day crowns?
Yes. The office uses CEREC CAD/CAM technology for same-day crowns and restorations, which removes the need for temporaries and a second visit.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Bring a photo ID and your dental insurance card if you have one. Patients under 18 should come with a parent or legal guardian.
