Are you licensed and insured?
We carry General Liability Insurance and provide a copy of it in your customer portal. There are no roofing licensing requirements in Texas, and we are certified by our manufacturer.
Do you charge to inspect the roof?
No. Our inspection is completed at no charge to you. We will simply advise whether or not you need a new roof.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We offer a 50-year manufacturer warranty that covers a total replacement, and because we are certified with our manufacturer it is non-prorated for the full 50 years. If there is an issue at year 40, the entire cost of the roof is covered, not just the remaining life of the roof.
How long does it take to install a roof?
Usually 1-2 days. We deliver the material the day before your install and get started the next morning around 8am. Most of the time construction is finished in one day.
Who is my point of contact during the build?
A company representative project manages the build. They are there throughout the day to manage the process and answer questions, and they walk the job with you after we finish to confirm cleanup and that you are satisfied with the work.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We finance jobs from $2,500 and up, and you can get pre-approved with no hard credit inquiries through our financing partners.
Do you handle insurance claims?
Yes. You can contact us at any point in your claim process and we will help out and work with your insurance company.
Do I need to pull permits to replace my roof?
No. We take care of any permits your roof construction might need. HOA guidelines and requirements do remain the responsibility of the homeowner.
