What are your office hours?
The office is open Monday through Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Friday from 8am to 4pm. Saturday and Sunday are closed.
Do you take my dental insurance?
Dallas Dental Group proudly accepts most dental insurances. The team handles the paperwork and files your insurance claims on your behalf.
What if I do not have dental insurance?
The practice offers an in-house membership plan, the Aspire Dental Wellness Plan, with discounted rates on treatments and services. It is not insurance, it is a direct savings plan offered by the practice with no claim forms, no yearly maximums and no waiting. Pricing starts at $32 per month for a child plan and $40 per month for a standard adult plan, with a gum disease plan at $64 per month.
What is included in the wellness plan?
The standard adult plan includes a cleaning every 6 months, oral cancer screening, periodic dental exam and X-rays, emergency exam and X-rays, fluoride treatment, and up to 20% off any needed treatment. The gum disease plan swaps in a perio maintenance cleaning every 3 to 4 months. Plan benefits cannot be combined with any other in-office discounts, patient financing or dental insurance.

What happens at my first visit?
You are warmly greeted by the reception team as soon as you walk through the door. The dentist performs a thorough examination of your oral health, including your teeth, gums and overall oral structures, then discusses the findings with you, answers your questions and provides guidance on maintaining optimal dental wellness.
