Crystal Dental is a multi-disciplinary dental practice on S Figueroa St in Los Angeles that has been caring for patients since 2005. Led by Dr. Alex Moradzadeh, DDS, who joined the practice in 2009 and took it over in 2016, the office describes its work as comprehensive dental care by a team of board certified and expertly trained specialists in every aspect of dentistry, with an oral surgeon and a board certified periodontist practicing alongside the general dentists. Services span general, preventive, cosmetic, and pediatric dentistry along with emergency care, oral surgery, laser dentistry, dental implants, veneers, crowns and bridges, root canal therapy, teeth whitening, and Invisalign. For gum disease the practice offers advanced treatments including Laser Gum Therapy and Perio Protect Gum Therapy. Crystal Dental is a Nationally Recognized Platinum Invisalign Provider and offers a free 30-minute Invisalign consultation that includes a comprehensive oral health scan. The office is fully digital, which it says means less paperwork, less exposure to radiation, and complimentary oral health scans that let patients see their mouth in 3D. Regular hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm. Emergency dental services are available, though the office is not open 24/7, so patients are asked to call and the team will try to accommodate same-day appointments. The Figueroa location accepts PPOs, Dentical/Medicaid, and Liberty, and does not accept HMOs. Patients without insurance are welcome and can join the In-Office Membership Plan, and financing is available through Cherry and CareCredit.

What are your business hours?
Regular business hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm. The office is closed Saturday and Sunday. For emergencies and same-day service, contact the office directly and the team will try its best to accommodate you.
Do you offer emergency dental services?
Yes. Crystal Dental provides emergency dental services, but the office is not open 24/7, so call the office to see whether the team can accommodate you.
What insurance do you accept?
The Figueroa St location accepts PPOs, Dentical/Medicaid, and Liberty. HMOs are not accepted. Patients without insurance are welcome and can join the In-Office Smile Membership Plan.
What if I do not have dental insurance?
Crystal Dental offers an In-Office Membership Plan for patients without insurance or without adequate dental coverage. It includes 2 professional cleanings every 6 months, 2 comprehensive exams, 15% off additional treatment (which excludes Invisalign and orthodontic treatment), and 25% off Zoom professional whitening.
Do you offer Invisalign?

Do you place dental implants?
Yes. Crystal Dental offers a range of dental implant services, and existing patients receive free consultations for dental implants.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Complete any patient forms in advance, or arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your appointment, and bring your ID and your dental insurance card if applicable. Most forms are provided in advance by text or email to help expedite your appointment time.
How often should I see a dentist?
The American Dental Association recommends dental checkups and cleanings every 6 months.
