Sugarshine Cleaning, LLC
Sugarshine Cleaning is a residential and commercial cleaning company based in Loveland, Colorado, built around the idea that happy people make better cleaners. The business began in 2003 when founder Amber inherited six residential cleaning clients, and she later brought on her best friend Korin as a partner; between them they have 29 years of combined experience in professional cleaning. The team handles ongoing home cleaning, after-hours commercial cleaning, vacation rental turnovers with linen management, first-time deep cleaning and move-out cleaning, and every job starts from the same basics: customized cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing, a rotating deep-clean schedule for items like ceiling fans and appliances, and careful attention to security and confidentiality. Crews bring their own equipment, including Miele HEPA vacuums, microfiber mops and huck towels, and the core products come from Melaleuca, chosen because they are safer for employees, clients and the environment. Sugarshine describes itself as insured and established, with cleaners who are employees covered by the company workers comp insurance. The company is candid that it is a detail shop rather than a budget cleaning service: it does not haggle and it does not price-match. Pricing and frequency are worked out during a bid visit.

FAQs
How much does cleaning cost?
Ongoing residential cleaning typically runs $140 to $300 per visit, and commercial cleaning runs $50 to $360 per visit. First-time deep cleanings and move-out cleanings range from $300 to $800 for varying home sizes. Vacation rental turnovers typically run $50 to $280 depending on the size of the property, max guest occupancy and any ancillary services. First-time cost and ongoing frequency are discussed during the bid visit.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes. Sugarshine supplies its own Miele vacuums, microfiber mops, cleaning towels and huck towels. The company does not use brooms, string mops or paper towels, because the goal is to remove the dirt from your space rather than move it around.
Are you licensed and insured?
Sugarshine says it is insured and established, and its staff members are employees covered by the company workers comp insurance. The company also notes that no licensing is required to operate a cleaning company, and says it is working to change that.
Do you clean carpets?
The team vacuums, but does not do steam cleaning or deep carpet cleaning. If you need carpet cleaning, Sugarshine can send you a referral or manage it for you.
Do you clean windows?
The team can handle anything it can reach from a 3 step ladder, and glass that does not need adhesive scraped off, as covered by its insurance. For anything beyond that, Sugarshine can provide a referral or manage the work for you.
Will the same person clean my space every time?
No. Sugarshine rotates team members so that several people are well trained on the details of your space, and different cleaners bring different strengths. The company says it will never send a new person in solo.
How does scheduling work?
The team works with you to find the ideal combination of day, time and crew. Typical hours are 10am to 4pm for vacation rentals, 8am to 3pm for residential cleaning, and after business hours for commercial cleaning. The company says it can be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 366 days a year if that is what a client needs.
What is included for vacation rentals?
Turnovers include the same cleaning provided to residential and commercial clients, plus housekeeping items such as dishes, tidying, making beds with clean linens, inspecting the property and grounds for damage, minor fixes like replacing lightbulbs and batteries, and ordering and restocking consumables. Linen and laundry service is offered at Bronze, Silver and Gold levels.
