Steam Pro Inc is a Colorado born, family owned corporation that has been cleaning carpets, upholstery, and hard surfaces across the greater Denver area since owner Steve Hursh founded the company in 1994. The team handles carpet cleaning for both residential and commercial spaces, carpet repair, carpet and fabric protection, area rug cleaning, air duct cleaning, upholstery cleaning, pet odor control, and tile and grout cleaning. Carpet and upholstery cleaning runs on state of the art truck-mounted steam cleaning units that heat water to 230 degrees Fahrenheit or above, which cleans stains and kills germs, and finishes with an onboard soft water rinse so carpets and upholstery are left residue free. Steam Pro uses 100% green and natural organic products that are plant based and nontoxic, keeping homes and offices free of harmful chemicals and safe for children and pets. What cleaning products does Steam Pro use?

How does the carpet cleaning process work?
It runs in three steps. First a technician walks the area with you so you can point out stains and areas of concern. Next the equipment is brought in and a carpet cleaning solution is applied, with extra attention to the stains you identified. Finally the heavy duty truck-mounted steam units run water at 230 to 240 degrees Fahrenheit to clean and sanitize below the surface of the carpet.
Will my carpets be left sticky or with residue?
No. Steam Pro follows every cleaning with an onboard soft water rinse, which removes the cleaning agents and leaves carpets and upholstery residue free.
Can Steam Pro get rid of pet odor?
Yes. Pet odor control is usually performed after the carpet and upholstery cleaning so that hair, dirt, and stains are removed first. An organic bio odor control product is then sprayed on the carpet or upholstery and injected into the affected padding to reach odor that machinery cannot. Steam Pro guarantees neutralization of odors and will return for a second treatment if the first application is not satisfactory.

Cleaning the furnace is an additional charge, as is creating an access panel to reach the main trunk line.
How are area rugs cleaned?
Each rug starts with an inspection so the technician can identify its materials and dyes and choose the right method. A controlled heating process loosens ingrained dirt, then an all natural citrus-based preconditioning agent is applied, followed by a soft water rinse. The rug is hand groomed, dried with professional grade blowers using indirect heat, and finished with hand-combed fringe and a final inspection.
