Littleton Painters
Littleton Painters is a locally owned and operated painting company established in 1992 and based in Centennial, CO. FAQs
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Call 303-794-2084 for a free estimate, or send a message through the contact form on our website. We take time to consider what each paint job needs, and you can expect a proposal within a day or two.
How long have you been in business?
Littleton Painters was established in 1992. We have been painting the town more beautiful for our neighbors ever since, with reliable, personal service and quality craftsmanship every step of the way.
What painting services do you offer?
We provide interior, exterior and maintenance painting. That includes siding, stucco, concrete, doors and windows, fascia and eaves, shutters, decks, railings and patio covers outside, and walls, ceilings, doors, mantels, bookshelves, paneling and trim moldings inside. Related work includes wood repair and replacement, light carpentry, molding installation, drywall and plaster repair, pressure washing, staining and finishing of natural wood, and metal finishes on wrought iron, security doors and fences.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Littleton Painters is licensed and insured, and we carry an A+ rating with the BBB. We can also provide local neighborhood references so you can see our work nearby.
Can you help me choose paint colors?
Yes. Owner Warren Nix offers color suggestions after listening to what you want, starting with four to five paint decks from various paint manufacturers. Colors are chosen to suit the style of your home, its brick and its landscaping rather than compete with them. We also include a free consultation with a color professional on all signed contracts on exterior and on select interior painting.
How do you prepare a house before painting it?
We power wash the home to remove chalky build up, cobwebs and dirt, which takes about an hour, then wait one to three days for it to dry depending on weather and siding type. Next we inspect again for wood that needs replacing, wire brush and scrape wood trim, caulk large gaps, patch splintered areas with lightweight spackle, mask windows, brick and roof areas, and stain block prime new wood and any stains that would bleed through.
What paint brands do you use?
We apply top grade self priming acrylic paints from Behr, Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore and Pittsburgh paint. We spray the body of the home with a small 415 tip for a thick, even, uniform coat, and we brush and roll trim and rough or porous wood so the paint is worked into the surface.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Highlands Ranch, Centennial and Littleton, plus surrounding areas. We are based at 8063 S Adams Way in Centennial, CO.
