Madcat Details is a mobile automotive detailer established in 2023 and based in Aurora, Colorado, servicing the greater Denver metro area. Owner Richard brings the detailing to the customer, so vehicles are washed and detailed at home rather than at a shop. The exterior work follows a seven-step process that starts with a pre-treatment to lift loose debris, moves through wheel, brake and barrel scrubbing, a contaminant-free microfiber contact wash with a full foam pre-wash, optional chemical decontamination for iron and industrial fallout, optional clay bar decontamination, and finishes with a wax or synthetic paint sealant. Ceramic and graphene coatings are available on request for longer term paint protection. Interior work follows its own seven-step process covering door jams, top to bottom dusting, panel, glass and trim wipe down, leather cleaning and conditioning or fabric cleaning with brush and steam agitation, a detailed vacuum, steam cleaning for heavier stains, and a fabric or leather guard with interior dressing. Additional services include rinse-less washing, bug, iron, tar and sap removal, wheel and rim cleaning, headlight restoration, carpet and upholstery steaming and extraction, pet hair and accident evacuation, floor mats, trunk cleaning and door jams. Aspiration, the quick-detail combo package, can be modified to suit a customer whose needs fall short of the larger packages. Appointments can be booked online or by call or text, and new customers receive 10% off their entire first service.

How often should I have my vehicle detailed?
Madcat Details recommends the combo package at least once every 3 to 6 months, with intermittent maintenance in between to keep all surfaces protected.
Do you offer a lighter option than a full detail?
Yes. Aspiration is the quick-detail combo package, and it can be modified to meet your needs if the other packages seem too much for your situation. The base level service includes a chrome and glass polish and seal, paint and plastics detail spray, an interior 2-in-1 wipe down and a quick vacuum.
