Colorado Sewer Service, Inc. is a family-owned and operated drain cleaning company at 6000 W 13th Ave in Lakewood, established in 1985 and serving the Denver metropolitan area for over 38 years. The company does four things for residential, commercial, and industrial customers: drain cleaning, camera and video inspection, pipe locating, and high-pressure jetting. Technicians use rotating cable with the necessary cleaning attachments on kitchen, bathroom, and main sewer clogs, state-of-the-art fiber optic cameras lowered into the line to reveal cracking, breaks, tree root damage, or a belly in the pipe, a transmitter and receiver that reads the location and depth of a break or offset through walls, floor, or ground, and pressurized water that flushes blockages completely and clears silt, sediment, and grease. The site is direct about the trade-off behind that short list: unlike most of the national rooter chains, the company specializes in drain cleaning, inspections, locating, and jetting only, and it offers referrals for services it does not provide. It reports over 1,000,000 drains cleaned, says it does not use subcontractors and that every tech who shows up has been thoroughly trained in drains and is OSHA Certified, and describes itself as licensed, bonded, and insured. Customers are invited to call for a free estimate, 10% senior and 10% military discounts are listed as available, and the company says that when you call you will always get a live person on the other end of the phone.
