What do I receive as part of a design?
There are two deliverables. A Full Landscape Design Plan is a 24x36 inch CAD drawing with the information a contractor needs to build the project as designed, including a complete site analysis, plant and hardscape materials, outdoor lighting, landscape structures, finishing details, recommended contractors, and a maintenance packet. A Conceptual Sketch is an 8 1/2 x 11 inch hand drawn sketch showing a general layout without precise measurements.
Do you build the landscape as well as design it?
The firm is a design practice. After the final design is approved, Cleator Landscape Design can provide the names of numerous landscape contractors that will bid and ultimately build the landscape. The firm is also available to oversee implementation during construction.
