The team services every floor type, from carpet and tile and grout to natural stone, VCT, vinyl, linoleum, LVP and wood or laminate, and builds scheduled maintenance programs that fit a budget and extend the life of expensive flooring. Carpets are cleaned using encapsulation, a very low moisture method that allows immediate vacuuming, leaves no sticky residue and lets floors dry within one to two hours. Janitorial routes cover offices and common areas, restrooms and kitchens as often as daily, for clients that include places of worship, retail establishments, hotels, medical centers, country clubs, warehouses, financial institutions, office buildings, fitness centers, schools and car dealerships. Clean Spritz is insured and bonded, and promises to come back out and re-clean or refund your money if the work is not up to your standards.
