Cityscape Landscape is a family owned landscaping company that has served Chicago since 1984. The team provides full service landscape design, build, and maintenance for city residents, and also partners with urban developers and property managers on select commercial installations. Work covers hardscape installation, rooftop gardens and terraces, outdoor living spaces, front yard and parkway enhancements, and seasonal services. Every step is handled in house, from design through construction, and projects are planned around Chicago's climate with durable materials, proper drainage, and native or climate tolerant plants. Every project starts with a free consultation and a custom proposal.

How do I start a project with Cityscape Landscape?
It begins with a free consultation. We discuss your goals, site conditions, and budget, then provide a custom proposal.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Cityscape Landscape is fully licensed, bonded, and insured for residential and commercial landscaping work across Chicago.
What landscaping services do you offer?
We provide full service landscape design, build, and maintenance. Our specialties include hardscape installation, rooftop gardens, front yard and rear yard landscaping, outdoor living spaces, and landscape enhancements.
Do you offer a guarantee on your work?
Yes. We guarantee all plant material and labor costs for one year from the date of installation, except Japanese Maples, Roses, Rhododendron, Perennials, and plants not designated for Zone 5. Invoices must be paid within 30 days and plants must be watered as needed to keep the guarantee in force. It does not cover damage from animals, ice, snow, wind, or poor use of chemicals.
Do you work with commercial properties?
Most of our work is residential, focused on outdoor living and revamping front yards and parkways. We also partner with urban developers and property managers on select commercial installations.
When is the best time to start a landscaping project in Chicago?
Our crew works from March through November. The design and planning process can start any time of year, so your project is ready to build as soon as weather permits.
Do you offer maintenance after installation?
Yes. We offer ongoing maintenance programs that include pruning, fertilizing, irrigation system checks, and seasonal cleanups, and we can customize a care plan for your property.
How long does a landscape project usually take?
Most projects take about one week from design approval to completion, depending on scale, materials, and season.
