Bold City Chiropractic is the chiropractic side of Bold City Health, a Jacksonville practice on Blanding Boulevard that pairs spinal care with fitness and nutrition under one roof. The practice treats the spine as the lifeline for the body's functions, describing it as the structure that protects the central nervous system and lets the body communicate and react to daily stressors and illness. Misalignment, whether it comes from physical injury or emotional strain, diminishes nerve supply and weakens the body, so care here centers on precise and effective spinal correction that maximizes nerve supply and clears the pathways the body uses to heal naturally. The chiropractic program covers pediatric and prenatal care as well as spinal care exercises patients perform at home between visits. Beyond adjusting, the office offers SoftWave Tissue Regeneration Therapy, a non-invasive treatment that uses patented electrohydraulic shockwaves to send high-energy acoustic pulses into damaged tissue, activating stem cells, reducing inflammation and increasing blood flow. The team uses it for chronic pain and inflammation including shoulder, knee, elbow, neck and low back complaints, plantar fasciitis, TMJ dysfunction and SI joint instability, as well as neuropathy, slow-healing wounds, diastasis recti and postpartum recovery, and athletic wear and tear. Sessions run 10 to 15 minutes with no needles and no downtime. The FIT Class fitness program applies metabolic conditioning built on functional movements, proper technique and appropriate intensity, with real time heart rate monitoring for every participant so training intensity actually moves the needle on metabolism. Nutritional assessments use the Metabolomix+ Profile to evaluate organic acids, amino acids, oxidative stress markers and fatty acid levels, then turn that data into a customized plan built on whole natural foods rather than fad diets. Contrast therapy is also available by appointment. The team is led by founder and clinic director Dr. Erin Zovath alongside co-founder and F.I.T. Class director Zachary Zovath, with additional doctors, coaches and patient care coordinators on staff. First visits include an office tour, a review of health history and health goals, and any necessary x-rays, with paperwork sent by email so it can be completed from a phone or computer ahead of time.
