Do you take insurance?
Yes. The office accepts United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Healthnet Ambetter, Meritain, UMR, Medicare, and Banner Health Plans, and also handles personal injury liens, motor vehicle accident claims, and workers compensation claims. We are not contracted with AHCCCS health plans. A self-pay rate is available, and we will check your specific plan so you know your coverage details.
Do you take walk-ins?
