Cherry Street Chiropractic is a Center City Philadelphia chiropractic office at 1531 Cherry Street, Suite 5, where Dr. Justin Brame treats the cause of a patient's pain rather than the symptom alone and treats patient education as a big part of the result. Dr. Justin graduated with honors from Drexel University in 2001 with a BS in Psychology, Sociology and Anthropology, then earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2013 from the West Campus of Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he served as President of the Philosophy Club and received the Virgil Strang Philosophy Award. He began practicing in the San Francisco Bay Area before returning home to Philadelphia. Every relationship starts with a complimentary 15 minute health consultation, so there is time to talk through your concerns and goals before any commitment to an examination or care. A full first visit adds a health history review and a chiropractic examination covering posture assessment, range of motion testing, muscle testing and any upper or lower extremity misalignments, with a referral out if x-rays or an MRI are needed. Care covers back pain, neck pain, headaches and migraines, sciatica, scoliosis, disc injury, whiplash, work injuries, carpal tunnel, shoulder pain, vertigo, pregnancy, kids and ongoing wellness care. The practice is fee-for-service with published rates, and Dr. Justin runs the office without an assistant so each practice member has his undivided attention.

What happens at my first visit?
Dr. Justin asks questions about your health history and performs a complete chiropractic examination that includes posture assessment, range of motion testing, muscle testing and an assessment of any upper or lower extremity misalignments. If x-rays or an MRI are needed, you are referred to an appropriate location for those studies, and if you already have them you are asked to bring a copy to the first visit. You will always receive a recommendation for your situation, but how you proceed with care is ultimately up to you.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The 15 minute health consultation is complimentary. Dr. Justin listens to your health concerns and goals and you get a chance to learn about the practice before making any commitment to an examination or receiving care. The new patient offer states there is no obligation.
What does care cost?
The office publishes its fees. The 15 minute health consultation is complimentary, the initial exam and first adjustment is $115, and an office visit or adjustment is $60. Discounted multi-visit packages are available so you and your family can receive ongoing care at reduced rates.
Do you take insurance?
No. Cherry Street Chiropractic is a fee-for-service practice, and no insurance is billed or submitted by the office or by the practice member, because Medicare and other third party insurers do not cover or support wellness and maintenance care. Dr. Justin Brame is considered a non-participating Medicare provider, and the office asks you to let them know if you would prefer to see a participating provider.

The practice covers back pain, neck pain, headaches and migraines, sciatica, scoliosis, disc injury, whiplash, work injuries, arm and leg pain, carpal tunnel, shoulder pain and vertigo, along with family chiropractic that includes care for kids, pregnancy and postpartum, and ongoing wellness care.

The office is at 1531 Cherry Street, Suite 5, Philadelphia, PA 19102, and the entrance is located next to 102 N. Mole Street. Thirty minute loading zone spaces on Cherry St between 15th and Mole St offer convenient free parking for office visits.
