Will I have the same technician each time?
For your initial service we might send someone nearby to respond quickly, but after that you'll have an assigned Cascade technician who rarely changes. If your technician is out, we'll provide a substitute technician or service manager so your protection stays covered.
What does pricing look like?
Pricing depends on the pest, the size of your property and the level of protection you need. We provide a transparent quote after reviewing your situation, and we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
