We're Cascade Fence & Deck, a locally owned contractor based in Portland, Oregon, building outdoor living spaces for homeowners across the metro area since 1997. In 2023 the company was purchased by longtime employee and active general manager Leif Wirtanen, who continues to focus on a culture that attracts skilled craftspeople and value-driven customers. We're a full-service company, which means we handle your project from start to finish. Our work includes custom deck design, permitting, and construction, along with fence installation covering privacy, vinyl, pool, and neighbor fences. We also install patio covers and pergolas, build custom saunas, install deck and glass railings, and handle residential and driveway gate installation.
