Casabella is licensed and insured up to two million, runs background checks on everyone who enters a home, brings all of its own supplies and equipment, and uses biodegradable products that are never tested on animals. Homes are cleaned by teams of at least two people, and the company reports more than 275 recurring clients along the Front Range.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Casabella brings all of its own supplies and equipment, and uses biodegradable products that are never tested on animals. If you prefer a specific product the company does not carry, you can supply it and leave it out on your scheduled day.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. You do not need to be home, though you are welcome to be. Many customers provide a key or garage door opener so the team can access the home while they are out.
How many cleaners will come to my home?
At a minimum, two people clean your home. The company generally works in teams of two to three, depending on the size of your home and the amount of work required.
Is there a fee for the first recurring visit?
Yes. For recurring service, the first visit includes an additional $129 fee, which covers the extra time needed to bring the home up to Casabella standards. The fee applies once, and every service after that is priced normally.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours may be charged a $99 fee.
