How do I get a price for my home?

Do I need to sign a contract?
No, you do not need to sign a contract. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly subscriptions offer reduced rates and can be cancelled at any time.
Do I need to be home when you clean?
No. Most customers prefer providing a key, which is placed in a security box that only the manager can access, with keys identified by number only. A $75 lockout fee applies if the team cannot access the home.

Provide 48 hours notice to avoid a $75 rescheduling fee. If a scheduled cleaning falls on the observance of a major holiday, Cal Maids will contact you to reschedule your service.
How do I pay for the service?
You can pay with cash, check, or credit card. Payment is due the day of the cleaning once all work is completed, and first-time clients pay in cash.
