How do I receive a quote?
You can request a quote by filling out the online form with detailed information about your home and the type of cleaning service needed. Once submitted, Maribel's Shine reviews the request and emails you a personalized quote.
Is a deposit required to book a cleaning?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your cleaning appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service, and appointments are confirmed only after the deposit is received.
What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?
Written notice is requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 50% of the service rate, and same-day cancellations are subject to a 100% charge. If you or a household member becomes ill, notify the company as soon as possible so the service can be rescheduled.
What is not included in the cleaning service?
The cleaning service does not include preparation tasks such as organizing, washing dishes, or doing laundry. If you require these additional services, they may be provided for an additional fee.
