I was 6 years behind on my taxes due to health reasons and taking care of family. My accountant passed away at the onset of my issues and falling behind on taxes and paperwork was not something I expected. After reaching out to several companies locally I was not finding either the right people or everyone is busy. I decided to search the web and see if I could find a tax consultant that would fit my needs. I spoke to 3 different companies and called one back. Anderson BradshawTax had what I was looking for in a tax consultant and preparation. I got a call after notifying Anderson Cooper the award of my issues. Darren, one of the coordinators and initial contacts was very helpful in discussing and describing the several different people I would be working with at Anderson Bradshaw. Each team member has a specialty that is lined up for success. Anderson Bradshaw will handle you like they do your taxes. They keep you moving and motivated. I am getting through my issues now and I have grown a bond and trust with Darren and happy he answers my calls, has a great sense of humor and is very good at getting you to mover forward to face your tax issue. Everyone on Anderson Bradshaw's teams answer their phone and respect your time. But best of all they push you through their organized system to get results beneficial to your tax issues.

This company promises to help eliminate fees associated with back taxes and bring your total tax down tremendously. After you sign the contract, You are sent to a caseworker and they have tax professionals not lawyers working on your case. They work for the IRS not for you. After $10,000, I had no fees eliminated and was in worse shape with the IRS than when I started with them. I could have took that money and paid off a portion of my back taxes. The only person that contacted me to talk about my case was a sales representative trying to sell me a monthly subscription to some service. These people do not care about you, they are not working for you, anything they do you can do yourself with the IRS and have a better outcome. I do not recommend them. I was scammed out of my money and the way they word their contracts protects them from anyone suing. Buyer beware!

As someone who has worked in the legal field myself, I was incredibly impressed by his solicitousness and determination to help my parents, whether they retained his services or not. He was well within his rights to charge for his time, but he did not.
