Do you offer samples before mass production?
Yes. We provide customized color and printing samples before mass production, which serve as confirmation for the order. Samples with custom color and printing take 7 to 10 days, and lead time for a confirmed order is around 30 to 35 days.
How does payment and shipping work for international customers?
International customers pay by bank transfer, with 50% as a down payment and the 50% balance before shipment. We can offer FOB, CIF, and door-to-door shipping.
