Do you charge for an inspection?
No. You can request a free inspection, and Bug Head starts service with a thorough inspection that looks for any current pest problems as well as the areas where pests are likely to invade.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Bug Head states that no contracts are required. You can choose a complete home pest control package, a one-time treatment option, or something in between.
What happens if pests come back between visits?
If pests invade in between regularly scheduled service visits, Bug Head will retreat your home at no additional charge. Plans include unlimited free retreatments between services.
What do the service plans cost?
The Starter package is $119 per quarter, the Advanced package is $159 per quarter and the Ultimate package is $209 per quarter. Plans include 5 services in the first year and 4 services per year after that.
What pests do you treat?
The Starter plan covers 20+ pests including fire ants, carpenter ants, black ants, Argentine ants, acrobat ants, black widow spiders, wolf spiders, house spiders, earwigs, centipedes, millipedes, beetles and silverfish. The Advanced and Ultimate plans cover 40+ pests and add fleas, ticks, mice, rats and chiggers.
Do you handle termites?
Yes. Termite control is offered, and the Ultimate package adds termite protection with the Sentricon System.

Yes. Bug Head provides commercial pest control for healthcare facilities, hotels and motels, warehouses, office buildings, food processing facilities and educational facilities, with plans that are fully customizable to meet your specific needs.
Are your treatments safe around families and pets?
