Care plans are built around each patient's condition and goals with a defined start point and end point rather than open ended visits. The office does not bill insurance and provides a superbill for out of network reimbursement.

Do you bill insurance?
No. Best Life Chiropractic does not bill insurance. At your first visit the team can assist with insurance verification to help you understand your out of network benefits, and after your appointment you receive a detailed receipt, or superbill, that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
What services do you offer?

Is there a free consultation?
Yes. New patients are invited to schedule a free consultation and evaluation. Online booking is for new patients only, and current patients call or text the office to schedule.
What happens on my first visit?
Dr. Palmes starts with a consultation about your health history, then a chiropractic evaluation of your spine and nervous system and functional neural testing. Specialized motion x-rays are taken if warranted. He then reviews the findings and the plan to correct the problem, and the first adjustment is done on that visit.
Will I need visits forever?
No. Care plans are structured with a clear endpoint. Dr. Palmes evaluates the root cause of the condition, builds a corrective plan to resolve it, and then discusses a maintenance approach that the patient can choose to continue.
What are your office hours?
The office is open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and Tuesday from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Friday is by appointment only, and the office is closed Saturday and Sunday.
