Over 250,000 homes serviced
Berrett has serviced over 250,000 homes across 3 states, growing through happy customers telling their friends about the work rather than by knocking on doors.
Same or next-day service
Call by 2 p.m. and in most cases Berrett can service your home the same day. Otherwise the team schedules an appointment for you the next day.

What does the general pest service cover, and what does it cost?
The general pest service covers ants, centipedes, earwigs, fruit flies, hornets, roaches (American), scorpions, silverfish, spiders, ticks, wasps, yellow jackets and voles. The initial pest service is $139 and includes the general pest service plus a warranty. If you prefer a one-time treatment instead, it costs $179 and comes with a 30-day warranty.
Are your treatments safe for pets and children?
Berrett states that its solutions are pet and child friendly, so treatment works around the family and animals living in the home. Warranties come with each treatment, and one-time treatments come with a 30-day warranty.
Do you charge for rodent, bed bug or bee inspections?

After the inspection you can choose to schedule service or not.
What does the termite protection plan cover?
The termite protection plan is $15 a month with warranty coverage on the quarterly plan, and it covers subterranean termites, the most common termite species in Berrett's service areas. If subterranean termites are found during the warranty period, Berrett will return to spot-treat the active infestation area at no additional charge, or you may instead choose 50% off a full-home termite treatment. Drywood and Formosan termites are not covered under the warranty, though treatment options can be provided if either is identified.
Do you provide WDO reports for a real estate transaction?
Yes. Berrett provides Wood Destroying Organism reports for homebuyers, sellers and real estate professionals, starting at $250. The certified inspection evaluates accessible areas of the home for signs of termite activity, damage or other wood-destroying organisms and produces a detailed report to help meet lender requirements at closing.
Do you handle anything besides pest control?
Yes. Pest control is available in all of Berrett's locations, and heating and cooling plus plumbing service are also available in DFW. That work is performed under HVAC license TACLB27243E and by Responsible Master Plumber Ricky Dale Vantrease, M37637.
