Where are you located and when are you open?
You can find us at 8471 Beverly Blvd #203, Los Angeles, CA 90048. We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am to 5:00pm.
What does a membership include?
Membership includes unlimited access to the gym during open play hours Monday through Friday. Reach out to us and we will share the current membership details and pricing for your location.
Do you have activities for older children?
A large part of our activities are designed for kids up to seven years of age. You can book a special event for older children by emailing us at info@ballnbounce.com.
Do you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?
Yes. Ball N Bounce is a nut-free facility, and our snack shop offers vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. If you are booking a private party, let us know your preferences in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Are there accommodations for kids with sensory sensitivities or special needs?
Yes. Please call or email us in advance so we can help make your visit comfortable. We also offer space rentals for occupational therapists.
Does my child need to be potty trained, and can I drop them off?
Potty training is not required, though non-potty-trained children must be supervised by an adult at all times. All children must be accompanied by an adult who is 18 years or older, so drop-offs are not available.

Is there anything we need to bring?
Everyone inside the playground must wear socks, and kids need grip socks. If you forget yours, we have them available for purchase at reception.
