What are your shop hours?
AutoAid is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is closed Saturday and Sunday. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours, and a secure key drop-off box is available.
Do you give estimates over the phone?
No. AutoAid does not quote prices over the phone because a car's symptoms are rarely the whole story. The team performs a thorough in-person inspection first so the diagnosis and the price are accurate.
What warranty do you offer on repairs?
Newly installed parts and related labor are covered for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first, and honored at participating NAPA AutoCare Centers nationwide. Friction materials and rebuilt or remanufactured parts carry 12 months or 12,000 miles unless specified differently, and recycled parts start at 3 months or 6,000 miles. Towing charges are not covered.
Do I need to leave my car, or can I get a ride?
AutoAid can arrange shuttle service or pick-up and delivery so you stay on schedule. If you prefer to wait, there are indoor and outdoor waiting areas with complimentary coffee and cookies.
What vehicles do you work on?
The ASE-certified team services cars, SUVs, and trucks, both domestic and foreign, including European, Japanese, and Korean makes. Hybrid vehicle service and fleet services are also offered.
Do you offer financing or specials?
Yes. AutoAid offers a 6 month promotional credit plan along with current specials, including a $25 off new customer get acquainted certificate, $25 off brake service, and 10% off scheduled preventative maintenance.
How long has AutoAid been in business?
AutoAid was founded in 1979 by Jack Bulko, known locally as The Mensch With the Wrench. His son David now manages the shop's day-to-day operations, keeping it family run for over 40 years.
