Aspen Falls Landscape and Construction is a landscape design-build company based in Centennial, founded in 2005 by owner and general contractor Kyle Ash. The company brings designers, builders, craftspeople, and field professionals together under one roof so that projects are considered from every angle, with the people designing the work understanding construction and the people building it understanding the vision. Work spans custom landscape design, pavers and retaining walls, decks and patios, outdoor kitchens, fire pits and stone outdoor fireplaces, pools, spas, creek beds and custom ponds, pergolas, patio covers and gazebos, water-wise plantings with efficient irrigation and landscape lighting, and custom metal fabrication produced by the company's own in-house metal-working team. The staff includes a registered Landscape Architect and degreed landscape designers, and the field crews cover landscape construction, irrigation, masonry, carpentry, and equipment operation. The design-build process runs from a project questionnaire and discovery call through an on-site consultation, a custom design package that can include 3D renderings, HOA design submittals, permit research, and rebate documentation, then construction and a final walkthrough. Professional design fees typically range from $500 to $2,500 depending on the size and complexity of the project. Financing is available with loans from $1,000 to $100,000 following a soft credit pull.

Licensed general contractor
The company describes itself as a licensed general contractor and lists certified concrete and hardscape installers along with long-standing trade partnerships among its credentials.
Authorized Belgard Contractor warranty
As an Authorized Belgard Contractor, Aspen Falls offers a two-year warranty on all labor and installations, with Belgard separately backing a lifetime warranty on its own materials used in your build.
Registered Landscape Architect on staff
Kim Wisdom is a registered Landscape Architect who works with clients from early ideas through completion, and the design team also includes designers with landscape architecture degrees.

Do you charge for landscape design?
Yes. Aspen Falls prepares a preliminary project estimate within 10 to 14 days of the on-site consultation, along with a Design Agreement. Professional design fees typically range from $500 to $2,500 depending on the size and complexity of the project and the level of research, planning, and documentation required.
How does the design-build process work?
The process starts with a project questionnaire and a brief discovery call, then an on-site discovery consultation with one of the designers. From there the team prepares a custom design, holds a Design Presentation with material samples and reviews the construction contract, runs a preconstruction meeting, builds the project, and closes with a final walkthrough and care guidance.
What is included in a design package?
A design package may include custom landscape plans, materiality rendering, 3D renderings and visualizations, HOA design submittals, permit research and documentation, rebate and incentive documentation, site analysis and pre-construction planning, material and product selections, and a visual planting palette with detailing.
What warranty do you offer?
As an Authorized Belgard Contractor, Aspen Falls offers a two-year warranty on all labor and installations, a one-year warranty on trees, shrubs, hardscaping, and irrigation, and a one-season warranty on perennial plants. Belgard separately guarantees a lifetime warranty on any of its materials used on the build, with free replacements if a material fails.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Financing is available with loans from $1,000 to $100,000. You can start with a soft credit pull through PreQualify and move into the online application from there.
Do you do work other than planting and patios?
Yes. Alongside landscape design, pavers, retaining walls, decks, and patios, Aspen Falls builds outdoor kitchens, gas fire pits and stone outdoor fireplaces, pools and spas, creek beds, custom commercial and residential ponds, pergolas, patio covers, and gazebos. The company also runs its own metal fabrication and welding team for custom gates, fences, garden art, and structural supports.
