What is home condition tracking?
Regular visits can include home condition tracking using equipment such as FLIR thermal imaging cameras, moisture detection, and environmental measurement, with measurements recorded over time. It is part of hourly time on site, with no separate charges for tools or diagnostics, and findings are documented during the visit and shared through the client portal.
Can you help when a specialist contractor is needed?
Yes. When specialist contractors are required, Dirk can help coordinate the work and represent your interests so projects move forward with proper oversight. He does not receive commissions or referral fees from contractors.
