Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. The company provides all supplies and equipment for the cleaning. Green cleaning products are available upon request, and clients who prefer their own specific solutions are asked to sign a waiver.
Are your cleaners insured and background checked?
Yes. Amazon Cleaning states its cleaning professionals are insured, bonded and background checked, and that staff are professionally trained.
What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
The company offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Contact the office within 24 hours of the cleaning and the crew returns to re-clean those specific areas at no additional cost.
How often can I schedule a cleaning?
Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and as-needed on-call rotations are offered. Weekly and bi-weekly cleaning visits are scheduled Monday through Friday, and monthly visits, every 28 days, are scheduled Monday through Wednesday.
Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
No. Access can be arranged through methods like a hide-a-key or garage code entry, and as a special benefit for long-term customers the company provides a complimentary rental lockbox. You are welcome to be present if you prefer.
How do I pay, and is there a cancellation fee?
Payment is accepted by cash, check and credit or debit card, with a 4% processing fee on card payments, and payment is due on the day of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. There are no cancellation or rescheduling fees when the 48 hour notice policy is followed.
Will I have the same cleaning team each time?
The company strives to assign the same cleaning crew to your home whenever possible. Circumstances such as illness, vacations or scheduling conflicts can require a replacement crew.
