Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are always free. Within 24 hours after the team has looked at your project, you will get an estimate by email. On larger projects that do not require permits a free estimate is offered so you can budget the work.
What kinds of projects do you take on?

How do you price punch list and hourly work?
If you have a long list of various tasks the team works by the hour at $75 per man hour plus materials, with a small minimum of $300 or 4 man hours, or a team of two for two hours.
How much does interior painting cost?
Painting is charged at $1 per square foot of wall and ceiling per coat, and $1 per linear foot of trim, covering baseboard and door and window trim, per coat. Most wall color changes require 2 coats and trim needs two coats when changing color. Large cathedral ceilings and stairwells may require an extra surcharge.
What paint do you use?
The team recommends Sherwin Williams product but is happy to use your preferred brand. In Sherwin Williams interior paints the available sheens are gloss, with some product restrictions, semi-gloss, which is almost always used for trim and bathrooms for washability, satin, the most common sheen for walls, and flat, commonly used for ceilings.
