No. Estimates are free. For a small number of items we can often give a quote over the phone, and for a larger project we come out to the property and give a no cost, no obligation estimate.
How is the price calculated?
The cost depends on the size and scope of the job. We give a flat rate for the entire job with guaranteed pricing on what you want removed, backed by a written guarantee stating the exact rate. There are no surprise charges, and we never charge by the truck or by the hour.
How quickly can you send a truck out?
Availability depends on what is already scheduled. Same day service is often possible when the job falls within the route the crew is running that day, and the average turnaround is 3 to 5 days from the time you call.
Do I have to move the items outside before you arrive?
No. The crew comes into your home, garage, or yard, and you simply point to the items you want taken away.
Do you bring a dumpster to the property?
No. The crew hauls everything away in box trucks, so there is no unsightly dumpster on your property and no worry about damage or space restrictions.
Are there items you will not take?
Items we do not remove include lawn debris such as soil, tree limbs, and grass clippings. We also do not take concrete, brick, or dirt.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes. All Clear Clean Out & Junk Removal Services is fully bonded and insured, and a certificate of insurance is available on request.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as cash at the time of removal. We do not accept personal checks.
