What cleaning services do you offer?
We provide carpet cleaning, maid service, move out cleaning, vacancy cleaning, tile cleaning, upholstery cleaning, window cleaning, and residential and commercial pressure washing and janitorial services.
Do I have to be home to grant you access?
Not necessarily. You can leave a key for us, we can install a lock box at your residence, or you can provide security codes or whatever else is needed for our team to access the property. Our customer service personnel will take care of that for you.
How will I know when you are arriving?
Within the time frame provided to you, our team will send a text or an email, whichever you choose from our platform, when they are on their way.
Is the price I was quoted final?
Not unless the quote was done in person. A quote provided over the phone is based on your description of the space and the work.
Can you help me get my security deposit back?
Our signature move out cleaning covers everything inside your home, from a single apartment to a several thousand square foot home. We also partner with professional subcontractors so scuffs on a wall or cracks in a door get fixed before you turn the unit over to the landlord. Some restrictions may apply, so please call us for details.
What happens if something gets damaged or broken?
In the unlikely event that something is damaged or broken due to our work, we will fix it or replace it, either ourselves or through our insurance company.
Is there a cancellation fee?
If an appointment is scheduled in advance and canceled within one business day of the scheduled time, there is an $80 cancellation fee.
When are you open?
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
