FAQs
Do I need a referral to schedule?
No referral is needed. Chiropractic care is a portal-of-entry profession, so you can schedule directly online or by phone. Some insurance plans may require a referral for coverage purposes, and the team can help you navigate that.
What happens at my first visit?
Plan for roughly 60 to 90 minutes. Your first visit covers a health history form, a consultation, a neurological and orthopedic exam, postural and structural spinal analysis, digital X-rays when clinically appropriate, a report of findings explained in plain language, and a written plan of action.
Will I receive treatment on my first visit?
In most cases no, and that is intentional. The first visit is dedicated to a thorough assessment. Some straightforward cases may begin care on the first visit if there is enough information, but that is the exception rather than the rule.
What should I bring?
Bring your insurance card and a valid photo ID, any recent imaging such as X-rays, MRIs, or CT scans, a list of current medications and supplements, comfortable clothing you can move in, and any prior medical records relevant to your condition.
What insurance do you accept?
The clinic is in-network with most major carriers, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, and Medicare. Call before your visit and the team will verify your benefits. If you are uninsured or your plan does not cover chiropractic, transparent self-pay rates and a Good Faith Estimate are available.
How long will my care plan be?
It depends on your diagnosis and goals. A recent acute injury might resolve in 6 to 8 weeks, while a chronic structural problem with years of progression may require 3 to 6 months for meaningful correction. Your doctor presents a specific timeline at the report of findings.
What treatments do you offer?
Chiropractic care, Chiropractic BioPhysics, spinal decompression, physical therapy, Class IV red light therapy, trigger point injections, and shockwave therapy. There are also two specialized 8-week programs, Knee Restoration and Shoulder Strong, each running twice per week for 16 sessions.
How soon can I get in?
Same-week appointments are usually available. You can call the clinic or book online.
