Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

Yes. If you are not fully satisfied, notify AccessMaids within 48 hours and the affected areas are re-cleaned free of charge.
How many cleaners will come to my home?
In about 97 percent of orders AccessMaids dispatches a two maid team. In some situations a three person team or a single maid may be assigned instead.
Does someone have to be home during the cleaning?
No. If you will not be there, you just need to provide clear access instructions such as a note for building management, entry codes, key details, or lockbox information.
How is pricing structured?
Apartments up to 1,200 square feet use flat fee packages, and larger homes are billed by the maid hour. Pricing already includes cleaning products, tools, insurance, transportation, gas costs, and taxes, and recurring schedules earn discounts of up to 15 percent.
What is the cancellation policy?
Forty eight hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule without a fee, and cancellations should be made through your online account.
