Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. Like most licensed local moving companies, there is a minimum charge of 3 hours. After those first 3 hours the rate is proportional to 15 minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with cash or with a credit card. MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted, and card payments carry a 4 % processing fee. Payment is taken after the moving process is finished.
What arrival windows do you offer?
There are two arrival windows: a morning window from 9 AM to 10 AM and an afternoon window from 2 PM to 6 PM. A stricter arrival window can also be arranged depending on your moving date.
What happens if something gets damaged?
A standard insurance of 60 cents per damaged pound is provided. If you want more coverage, you can always buy third party insurance on top of it.
