FAQs
Do you handle emergency garage door repairs?
Yes. Emergency garage door repair is listed as a 24/7 service, and the company says its licensed technicians are ready around the clock. Call the dispatch line and explain the situation. The team gathers the details, answers your questions, and gives you a clear timeframe for arrival.
How is the price for a repair worked out?
Pricing is priced by job, based on the work actually needed. After a technician diagnoses the door you receive a detailed explanation of the problem plus a transparent, upfront price quote, and the repair only goes ahead once you approve that quote.
Can you replace a broken garage door spring?
Yes. Broken spring replacement is one of the company's listed services. A broken spring is the most common reason a door suddenly becomes too heavy for the opener to lift, and it is not a safe do it yourself repair because the springs hold a large amount of stored tension.
Do you work on garage door openers?
Yes. Garage door opener service and replacement is listed among the company's services, covering both work on an existing unit and installation of a new one. Mention the brand and rough age of your opener when you call so the technician can arrive prepared.
Can a damaged panel be repaired without replacing the whole door?
Often yes. The company lists panel and section replacement as well as garage door panel repair among its services, so a damaged section can be addressed on its own. Full garage door replacement is also offered when the door is past repairing.
Do you offer any discounts?
The website lists current offers with codes, including $50 off any garage door repair over $150 and $25 off a tune-up and maintenance visit. One offer applies per visit and offers cannot be combined, so mention the code when you call or add it to the quote form.
