Alex was quick to respond fast with a quote and the price was reasonable. He was able to get one of his guys out to my truck within an hour to fix my driveshaft. He did say that the vehicle would have their business on it, but it did not? So it was a shock seeing a guy pull up next to my vehicle in an unmarked vehicle. But the worker did say that it was his new Car. So that makes sense. He was very friendly, very professional, and there was a slight issue with payment, but was a quick and easy fix!

Matt was very professional and courteous to me. He explained what was going on with my car for me to make an informed decision on what needs to happen to be fully safe on the road….I do thank him for that!!!

Alex was great, he helped this tired over-worked mom check some things off her auto care list without having to leave the house and sit at a shop with a 4yr old for hours on end. It was so wonderful to be home and still be getting the vehicles taken care of. And the best part is that he was honest about pricing and his findings with our vehicles.

Alex is very responsible and thorough! I couldn't start my car, but by the time he arrived, he was able to start it, he still checked the car for any possible underlying issues. He used his tablet to diagnose several possible problems and he tried to pinpoint the exact issue, at the end, he was able to eliminate all other problems and recommended me to replace my battery. Before he left, he drove the car around and made sure the issues were gone. Will recommend! ❤️1

Zach gave me a great inspection on a used car I wasn’t super knowledgeable on. He was very thorough and incredibly detailed with his report. Extremely pleased with the quality of service we got. Communication was fantastic and turn around was quick. Not only was our starter fixed, but went above and beyond to make sure all surrounding parts were clean and in good working order. Great service, you couldn't ask for better. Alex was very easy to get in contact with, explained the likely mechanical issue and his reasoning, and kept me in the loop as to when the mechanic would arrive. Matt is a great mechanic and just nice guy all around. He replaced my alternator and belt and got my car running right away and the price for the repair was extremely reasonable. Though I hope I don't have a reason to need them again soon I'll definitely give 1st Choice a call first if I have any future car troubles.

Alex was so easy to work with. He was honest & reliable. My daughter is a college student in the area & her car broke down & would not start. Alex diagnosed the problem onsite. We thought it was going to be a bigger problem but turned out to be an inexpensive part, which Alex sent us a link to order ourselves then came back out to install. It gave us peace of mind from a distance to know it was getting fixed at her house!

I contacted Alex to do a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle that I would like to purchase out of state. 1st Choice did an inspection on a car I was considering buying. The mechanic was on time, friendly, thorough, went through each item with me at the end, AND followed up a few days later to ask whether I bought the car. That felt really awesome!

I was really nervous to hire a mechanic I had never met. But with Alex's 4.9 star reviews, I knew he had to be good. I was car shopping and finally found a car I was in love with. I called Alex, told him about it, and sent him the CarFax link. He said it looked really clean, and he was very familiar with Toyota's and told me he could meet me at the car lot the next day. I did not know what to expect. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and sweet. He gave the car a full inspection, and told me it looked like great buy.
