Excellent job from the estimate process thru completion. Terrific on site crew led by supervisor Jose Palma. Communication was almost daily from the Valentine office and Courtney. Very satisfied with the workmanship and how hard the crew worked

Exceptionally Professional! Every member of their team from estimator to scheduler to installer was excellent. They answered every question and provided information with photos each step of the process to alleviate my concerns. It's a big investment and they do a good job not surprising you with hidden costs.

I highly recommend Valentine Roofing. We recently had our roof replaced and the team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and communicate throughout the process. Our foreman Jose and experience manager Courtney were both wonderful to work with and were kind, professional, and helpful. A different color of shingle that what we had selected in the agreement was accidentally used and we did not discover the error until late into the project. Valentine Roofing acknowledged the mistake and made everything right, installing the correct color of shingle without complaint for the extra time and material.

Our experience with Valentine was wonderful. The office consistently communicated with us, the work crew (led by Elmer) was meticulous and thorough, and they completely cleaned the site when they were finished. The roof looks great. Highly recommended!

The experience from start to finish with Valentine roofing was beyond my expectations. From the estimate, to scheduling, to the actual work being done, I was impressed and am very pleased with the outcome. I noticed a small leak in my roof and called Valentine for a warranty repair - they sent Tristan out the very next day. Not only did he fix the issue quickly but he was also very professional and friendly. I'm a DIYer and asked a few questions and he was happy to explain what went wrong and what the fix was. He obviously takes pride in his work and is very knowledgeable.

Valentine Roofing was amazing! From the initial sales call to their final day of install. Everyone of their members were great and very hard working. They kept me updated throughout the process and called more then I thought they would to give me an update on where we were at. I've worked with a lot of contractors with my full-time job and my experience with Valentine Roofing exceeded my expectations. Great job - Team! Absolutely stellar in every way. The Valentine Roofing team was very responsive and communicative - in fact they really set the gold standard for setting expectations early and keeping us updated at all points along the way.
