Elite Roofing delivered what they promised. Good communication throughout the process. The roof installation team (Paulo and crew) did a great job with the removal of the old roof and the installation of the new roof and skylights. The gutter installation crew (I don't know their names) also did a great job. Overall, my experience with Elite Roofing met my expectations and I'm looking forward to many trouble-free years with our new roof and gutters. Thank you to the team at Elite Roofing.

Greg was great to work with as a sales rep and very thorough answering all my questions. Jordan and the team at the office went above and beyond to get my job scheduled even earlier than expected due to some existing leaks causing problems. The work crews were on time and efficient and explained areas with issues that needed to be addressed from the previous roofing company who had taken shortcuts and used inferior product which lead to mold and leaks in multiple places. The team worked very cleanly and there were no messes left behind when done. All work was done up to new codes and with attention to detail - even painting the vents and exhaust spouts black to match the roof tiles. The new roof and gutters look amazing and despite some additional costs for some unexpected issues I’m confident this roof was done right and will last for many years to come without issues.

We have an aging wooden pole picnic shelter on a forested lot, where the original cedar shake roof had completely deteriorated. Elite did the tear off, then installed additional rafter poles, replacement stringers, and a metal panel roof. Their crew made the necessary modifications for a very workmanlike installation on an existing structure that was less than perfect in condition and alignment, while retaining its general rustic character. The project manager Travis was readily accessible to contact, responsive to our project vision/follow up requests, and communicated enthusiasm for the project to ourselves and likely to his work crew as well. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished product and the overall Elite contracting experience, and would not hesitate to engage them on a future project.

Got to work with Jon from Elite Roofing! Awesome communication and was able to get out to me to fix a leak we had during these crazy storms. Repaired the issue in under 24 hours from time notified, was transparent with pricing, and more importantly was just easy to talk to. Gave me before and after photos so can see what work was done and to give me piece of mind that there was no water damage. Would recommend to anyone! Even though we were a client, he treated us as a friend which I appreciated.
