Crystal Panes Window and Gutter Cleaning

Went above and beyond. They showed up right on time with a reminder on the way. They called to clarify and confirm a few things about the scope of work. Our roof and gutters look fantastic. It’s amazing they’re able to get it this clean without pressure washing. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with Crystal Panes in the future

Everyone from Crystal Panes was amazing. Danielle and Abby from the admin team were super responsive and accommodating. Nathan cleaned our interior and exterior windows and he did an excellent job. We will be repeat clients!

We live on a houseboat and have used Crystal Panes for a number of years. A particularly difficult job given at a certain point he (Ben) has to do it from at a certain point while on a wood float! Ben is awesome! But I also know that the majority of their business is on ‘the dirt’ and large jobs such as business offices, condo’s and private estates. Best thing about CP other than their staff is the company culture. They operate as a family. They like and support each other! And a couple of times I had a last minute ‘crisis’ and they juggled schedules around to accommodate me. Most impressive was their other clients (whom I did not know)were willing to help me out. So CP is a family based culture and as a client you are part of that family. Pretty reminiscent of the 1950’s, when I was growing up.

I can not speak more highly about my experience with Connor of Crystal Panes. In the midst of a torrential rain storm, they responded and came to our home to clear the gutters and roof of a mass of needles.

We have a ton of mature trees above our home which accumulates on our slightly sloped roof. We didn’t expect a roof clean in addition to the gutter clean, and so we were so very grateful. I didn’t catch his name but the gentleman thay did the work (by himself!) did an excellent job. I was shocked at the low price for the scope of work. He cleaned up very nicely afterwards too. Would highly recommend this company to all my neighbors and would definitely use them again.

Crystal panes has been cleaning my roof for the past few years and I am always impressed with their service- it’s easy to make an appointment, estimates and invoices are clear, and the technicians are fast and great! I highly recommend for anyone who wants to get their roofs and gutters cleaned.
