No. Estimates are free and include an on-site walkthrough and measurements, and the written estimate is delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes. Every project is protected by a 5-year workmanship warranty that begins on the completion date. If covered peeling appears, the labor and materials needed to repair the affected areas are provided at no cost, with repairs scheduled within a 12-month period from notification.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty excludes failure of old or underlying paint layers, horizontal surfaces such as decks, railings, porches and stairs, vinyl siding and vinyl windows, issues caused by mildew or mold, internal moisture, rust or tannin bleed, areas not painted by Refined Painting LLC, and any failure related to environmental or structural conditions. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed due to normal weathering and aging.
