Jonathan is incredible. He's saved me twice now. First was when I got a random popped tire, Jonathan came to save the day very quickly after calling. He clearly mentioned the price after I showed him the photo of my tire, no hidden costs or anything and arrived right on time. I was back on the road within 10-15 minutes. The second time, Jonathan came to replace my battery and this time we only chatted over text - very easy and clear communication. A couple of weeks ago my daughter's car hit a deer near Mount Rainer. One of the headlight assemblies was damaged. We found Tao Mobile Mechanic via Yelp and contacted the company for help. The owner replied in a timely manner and kept us updated about the status of ordered parts. The fixes for the headlight and surrounding body damages were solid. Overall it's a great experience and we hope the company will continue to prosper via her excellent service.
