How do I make a reservation?
You can book by phone at (206) 261-1191 or by submitting our online reservation form. Once we receive your request, we confirm the details, and for online bookings you will receive a confirmation email within two hours.
How far ahead should I book?
We accept reservations 24/7 and handle both advance bookings and many same-day requests. For airport trips, preferred vehicles, or busy travel dates, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
What does pricing look like?
We offer upfront pricing when you book. Airport service starts from $70 for a sedan and from $110 for an SUV, town car service starts from $80 per hour with a 3-hour minimum, and cruise transfers start from $100. We confirm your total based on your route and vehicle.
Are your chauffeurs licensed?
Yes. Every Starline chauffeur is for-hire licensed, background-checked, and trained in customer service, safety procedures, and local-area navigation. They also help with loading and unloading your luggage.
What if my flight is delayed or arrives early?
You do not need to notify us for normal flight changes. We track arriving flights in real time and automatically adjust pickup times, and complimentary wait time is included for airport arrivals.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and cash. A credit card is required to hold the reservation, and your card is charged after the trip is complete.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel with no penalty by calling at least 2 hours before pickup or emailing at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows are billed in full plus a 20% fee. Special terms may apply for large events or specialty vehicles, which we confirm at booking.
