Excellent service from start to finish! The team replaced my home gas furnace and did an outstanding job. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and explained everything clearly. The installation was done professionally, and my new furnace runs smoothly and quietly. The technicians were respectful, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. I'm happy with the whole experience and highly recommend Greenwood Heating and Home Services to anyone needing heating, air, electrical & plumbing services!

We chose Greenwood to replace our gas furnace and add a heat pump so we now use electric for cooling and primary heat and gas for our secondary heating. The salesman, John, went over all options available, pointing out advantages/disadvantages, etc. The install was scheduled within a week and the 2 technicians who installed everything did excellent work, as well as the electrician. They were professional in every way, courteous, and respectful. They kept us informed of the status at all times and communicated throughout the entire install, including giving us a walkthrough and tutorial on how to use the new equipment. They cleaned up everything and left the area spotless. Overall, I give them my highest rating and would use them again and recommend them to others. I don’t know how Greenwood’s price compares to others, but given the quality of work and professional workmanship, I would say it was well worth it.

We needed an electrical service upgrade to accommodate a Level 2 EV charger. These guys were great -- the job presented some unforseen challenges but they stuck with it (on New Year's Eve!). It was a 12 hour workday from them, but it's a clean, professional installation.

His knowledge of the system, his clear explanations, his patience and excellent customer service left me feeling completely confident that Greenwood would be there for me. He brought Greenwood’s electrical expert with him, Patrick, who reassured me of the company’s commitment to their customers complete satisfaction. Cameron, the technician who first came out, was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully inspect my system, explain what he was seeing, and provide clear evidence of the underlying issues. His detailed assessment ultimately allowed me to get the necessary repairs fully reimbursed by originally contracted vendor, and I’m genuinely grateful for the care he put into his work. I also want to recognize Jaxon, the plumber who was dispatched to get everything back up and running. They were equally professional and transparent. When reviewing the repair plan, they mentioned there might be an alternative solution that could save me money — but before making any promises, they wanted to get a second opinion to ensure it was the right approach. That level of integrity is rare. Because of that extra diligence, my quote was lowered, and I didn’t end up needing all the work originally specced out. Greenwood Heating has demonstrated what true customer service looks like: honest communication, skilled technicians, and a commitment to doing what’s right rather than what’s easiest.
